San Jose - Last August 5,
2018, Miss Pitogo Islands Organization crowned their new queen. Nemesis Wresh, 18,
who hails from Barangay Basiao emerged as the winner edging out five other
beauties from different barangays of Pres. Carlos P. Garcia municipality.
Nemesis a Filipino-German who
stood 5'7 tall was surprised when her name was called as the winner of the
night. She only snatched one minor award which was the "Face of the
Night" sash. Her court includes; 1st Runner Up Mary Jane Carillas (Looc,
Sambagan, San Jose) and 2nd Runner Up Jestine Lariosa (Pitogo).
Minor Awards were Best in
Production Number won by May Ann Odiongan (Pitogo), Best in Casual Attire won
by Jestine Lariosa, Best in Sportswear won by Jestine Lariosa, Best in Talent
won by Mary Jane Carillas, Best in Gown won by Jestine Lariosa, Darling of the
crowd won by Jerelyn Manatad (Sambagan), People's Choice Award won by Mary Jane
Carillas and Miss Personality won by Marian Talingting (Pitogo).
The nights was fun-filled
with presentations from Paraiso Boys, BNV Dancers, Wonder Kids and Looc Kids.
The program was hosted by Miss Pitogo Islands Chairman Edrian Abad and Miss
Norma Abad.
The judges were Miss Pitogo
Islands 2015 Roxan Abad, Mrs. Dolorosa Cadeliña and Mrs. Florena A. Remate
(Chairman of the Board).
